“The Life and Love of Ms. Corrine”
Rose was born in Clarksville, Mississippi to her parents Ruthie Mae Williams and S.D. Mitchell, but was lovingly raised by Archie Walker. She was 80 years old. Rose is preceded in death by her daughter Rushell M., her parents, and her beloved grandchildren Mark Anthony and Dewayne. She also reunites with a host of aunts and uncles from Mississippi. Rose’s life was filled with love and friendship, especially from her cherished friends Kathrine "Kat" Perkins, Shirley McDonald, and Ethel Rheams, who stood by her side through the years.
She leaves behind a lasting legacy through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were touched by her kindness, strength, and unforgettable spirit. Affectionately known as Ms. Corrine, she was a pillar of love and wisdom. Her final words were a reflection of her heart: she loved all her children deeply and did the best she could to provide a life for them, even when she knew she couldn’t give them everything. Her love was powerful, her presence unforgettable, and her memory will be cherished forever.
